Recalls are a well-established global practice; from time to time they are announced by almost all manufacturers of not only cars, but also any other industrial products. But since a car is considered a source of increased danger, it is recalls in the automotive industry that attract the most attention and cause the greatest resonance. Check if your car is covered by a recall campaign. Sometimes manufacturers will recall their cars because of substandard parts or workmanship and repair them for free, regardless of the warranty. This is called a recall campaign. More information on 1971 Ford MUSTANG recalls can be found in this database. It may be useful to use online problems resource that shows automotive defect patterns, based on complaint data submitted by vehicle owners. The problems are organized into groups with data published by vehicle, component, and specific issue. See also an updated list of 1971 Ford MUSTANG problems before buying a used car. In most cases, the recall is initiated by the manufacturer. But it also happens that it is forced to do so. The largest and most scandalous recall campaigns were those that were initiated by complaints and lawsuits from consumers through controlling state structures.

Major Options / Build:
Additional Description: This is a real 1971 Ford Mustang Boss 351 and it's in the best color. This is one of the few remaining with all factory documentation from day one which is very rare to find. There are not many with this many options. It's a rust free southern car, don't buy a car that try to survive the rust belt. This just had a fresh high quality bright red paint job and body work. The chrome looks very nice and the window trim is new. The all original interior is in very good condition accept the passenger seat has a seam separation and lumbar support. Everything else on the interior looks very good. The underside of the car is very solid with no heavy pitting like a lot of cars out there. It is a very solid, dry, clean car. It has all new front suspension and shocks at all 4 corners. This car was sold Young Ford Inc in Charlotte NC. The current owner purchased the Elite Marti report. It shows its a 1 of 1 car. Only 186 were painted this color out of 1806 cars built. This is not a trailer queen, it's a very nice driver. It is a car you can get in and enjoy and not worry about driving a perfect car. It is a very fast car that runs and drives very well with a lot of power. It is a real Boss 4 bolt mains numbers matching engine. The car currently has a new 750 double Quick fuel carburetor. It has a vintage Edelbrock torker intake manifold which makes the Boss run much better. The current owner does have the original intake and the carburetor is a 1972 Autolite HO carburetor which is very rare as well.
